When your body needs
a little extra comfort.
Heat has long been used to soothe everyday aches and discomfort. Whether you're curled up with period cramps, managing endometriosis discomfort or recovering after a busy day, a HeatHug gives you comforting warmth exactly where you want it.
Period pain
Cramps can be uncomfortable and disruptive. Gentle warmth across your lower tummy or back may help soothe aching muscles and provide welcome comfort when you need it.
Endometriosis
For people living with endometriosis, warmth can be a comforting part of managing difficult days. HeatHug was originally created by Jessica after years of experiencing endometriosis pain herself.
Muscle aches
Long day? Tough workout? Too much time at a desk? Comforting heat can help relax tired muscles and soothe everyday stiffness through the back, shoulders and neck.
Back & shoulder comfort
Our wearable and extra-long designs make it easier to position warmth across your lower back, shoulders and other areas where a traditional hot water bottle can be awkward to hold.

Warmth that stays with you on difficult days.
Endometriosis can bring pain and discomfort across the lower abdomen, pelvis and back. HeatHug was created to make soothing warmth easier to keep close, without having to hold a traditional hot water bottle in place.

Created because ordinary hot water bottles weren't enough.
Jessica created HeatHug after living with endometriosis and regularly relying on hot water bottles for comfort.
“I used to tie hot water bottles to myself with a dressing gown cord so I could carry on with my day.”
She wanted the warmth to stay where she needed it without having to sit still and hold the bottle in place. That simple idea became the original wearable HeatHug.
